This Great Lakes power plant had a severe problem with ceramic tiles chipping and popping out. As you can see from the picture there was extensive damage so Unconventional Solutions was called in to help with this repair.

USI presented a lunch and learn that provided insight and education on how to extend the life of chutes and power hoppers to the maintenance team.
When the power plant maintenance team identified the need, they already had 204 HD on the shelves. They were able to use it to make a long-term repair.
