Resichem 577 Chem Screed is a solvent-free, chemical-resistant epoxy repair mortar for rebuilding uneven concrete in chemical process areas. Trowel-applied 3/8″–1¼” thick, it resists 98% sulfuric, 36% hydrochloric and 75% phosphoric acid.
Description
Resichem 577 Chem Screed is a solvent-free, chemical-resistant epoxy repair mortar designed to rebuild uneven or damaged concrete surfaces exposed to strong industrial chemicals. Trowel-applied at 10–30 mm (3/8″–1¼”) thick, it cures to a high-strength, hard-wearing surface that resists 98% sulfuric acid, 36% hydrochloric acid and 75% phosphoric acid.
The three-component system (base, activator and graded aggregate) is mixed with a drill and paddle, spread with a trowel or squeegee, and takes foot traffic after 24 hours and forklift traffic after 48 hours at 68°F, minimizing downtime in busy process areas.
